Well, as soon as it gets too hot outside(which is now),the summer becomes full of electronics!
It is starting to drive me nuts.
"Mom, can we play the Wii?" "Can I play on the computer?" "Can I play on the itouch?"
"Mom, can we play the Wii?" "Can I play on the computer?" "Can I play on the itouch?"
Mom's reply:
"NOOOOOOOO!!!! I don't want you to play anything that has a screen!"
"I want you to play outside or clean something." "I want you to find a friend to play with."
"Okay, you can play for a little bit I guess."
Typical day right now.
It does help, however, that my boys read for about an hour and a half every night at bed time.
If they didn't, I would totally NOT let them play any sort of electronic game thingy in our home!!

Over here it is the summer of Lego Batman for the Wii. (sigh...) So much for all of those workbooks I bought, I just don't have the time or the energy to sit and do them with the boy. I'm chalking it up to having a new baby and I'm trying not to feel too guilty about it.
